Poor Customer Service

We arrived at Makro at the shelf for garden equipment. We waited for 30 min without an assistant. We were told that the people who worked on this department are on weekend off.We went to the tills supervisor to request an assistance, he pages the manager that is responsible for shelf but he did not come.

We ended up going to Builders where we got assistance.
