Poor customer service.

We baught a pollaroid smart watch at makro for my 5 year old daughter for christmas not even a month old and the watch is not charging. The don't exchange it for a new one butt rather send it away. How do I tell my 5 year old daughter that father christmas don't exist. Poor service and not friendly staff working at little falls branch.
