Poor Customer service & courier delivery

I've placed an Online order at Makro Bloemfontein om the 25th Nov 2022 and have only received one part of my order and am waiting till today for my other stuff to still be delivered. Instead I've received an sms saying my order is delayed and stuff which I've paid for is suddenly not available online anymore or out of stock and it's not the first time this has happened from the same online branch
