Poor customer service

On the 13th of Feb I bought a drill(Ryobi) from makro(Pietermaritzburg) and after having used it once within 7 days I brought it back because of the drill/hammer switch not working. The drill was taken in for assessment and I was told to make necessary payments because the switch was not covered in their warranty and I did so and even emailed them the proof but it’s been over a month and a half now and It’s still not back yet. When I email their returns desk on an update on what’s happening,I didn’t get a response from them or did they tell me when I’ll be getting it back and when after going to the store directly to find out I don’t get any help. Avoid buying tools from makro(Pietermaritzburg)
