Poor customer service

I was not happy with the service I got at Makro Carnival I placed an online order 25 November 2022. It was not delivered, I kept on checking the status of my order and it says is packed. So today 18 December 2022 I decided to go and collect it since it is ready packed. When I got there only to find out it is out of stock. No communication, nothing about it being out of stock. When I got to the online purchase office I got a lady there.I was not happy at all her attitude it's no, poor service didn't even said sorry about what happened. Didn't even try to explain anything she just called her manager and the manager assisted me. She's got bad attitude. I was not happy at all.
