Poor customer service at Makro Nelspruit

I had a worse experience at Makro Nelspruit after purchasing a fridge even though he had the delivery note issued by the cashier. The delivery guy I sent to collect the fridge was told he can't get the fridge without a tax invoice. I called the shop to suggest that I email them the invoice but they refused saying that they want the one they gave me.
