Poor Customer service at makro cornubia

I was one of the customers at the Makro Cornubia branch on the 19 May 2022. I was at the returns section and was with my 2 year old girl. There was a altercation/disagreement with one of the customers and the lady there, I assume she was the supervisor. When I arrived the wife of the customer came in(they already assisted these people). The lady accused the supervisor of speaking I'll about her her husband and calling him illiterate and informed her she has the recording on her phone and will contact the manager. The customer then stepped out and her husband came in. He was very loud and rude and confronted the supervisor on what she said. Instead of being carm and dealing with the customer in a more dignified manner she told the customer "yes I did say you were talking ******* ", the customer and supervisor continued to scream at each other, it was so loud I had to take my daughter outside because she was getting scared.

The customer eventually left. As the customer was driving off the supervisor still walked outside and told one of her colleagues the customers is very illiterate. She did not even have the decency to even apologize to the customers who were there.

Customer service ethics were pathetic. Admittedly the customer was rude but she could have dealt with it in a better way. One still has to respect the customer and deal with it in a carm manner

If she couldn't control herself she should have walked away and called the manager.
