POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT MAKRO CORNUBIA

On 30th of November I went buy a where using makro credit card however there was an issue when I was making the payment and it was cancel I was I advised to make payment on the other till however when I was making the payment card declined and was advised to wait 48 hours for money to be reversed back to credit card, it's has been 18 days now the issue is not resolved, c I've been calling and going to the store nothing has been done until today, I don't have phone and I can't use credit card
