Poor customer service and unhelpful call center

I had bad experience with Makro. Their customer service is very poor. I purchased Double bed Matress with them and I had to cancel it because I have to go Cape Town. The order was still on pending status.

They delivered it to me and it was the wrong item. I ordered Double mattress they sent single. I've been trying to rich out to them to come and collect this wrong item, NOTHING!

I ended up canceling my flight because I'm waiting for them to come and pick this thing up.
