Poor customer service and poor quality

We bought a Bennet read gas stove a week ago. One leg doesn't adjust the height as it seems to be a factory fault. Stove was set up 4 days from purchase and the fault was Reported to Makro. We were told twice that makro will call us to arrange a new leg and still no calls and when we phone it's the same response! We cannot use the stove without a leg makro!!
