Poor Customer Service and Late deliveries

I made and online oder and I was given an expected dilivery date for 23 September 2023 howeverthe dilivery did not arrive and nothing was communicated. On 26 September 2023, I called Makro and I was given the last day to be 27 September 2023, the dilivery did not arrive. On 27 September 2023, I made another call, I was told my the last day will be on 29 September 2023, still it was not honored again. Today is 02 October 2023 I been waiting for the dilivery from 23 September 2023 the company has not communicated anything. It is very unprofessional and unjust to the consumers.
