Poor customer service and inefficiency

Makro online is supposed to make shopping conducive and convenient vs go to the shop which is time consuming and has its many complications.

I ordered 2 items and one was delivered on the 23rd October 2025 whilst other was not so went to check on the website, it said it will be delivered on the 27th(which is also doesn't make sense), no one even bothered to call amd explain why the delay of the second item

Item was not delivered as promised on the 27th so I sent an email(feedback came with complaint ref number) and called again during the day still no movement on the app but now was given a different red number, it's now after 18h00 still no feedback or update

Makro online is inefficient, unprofessional and plan useless, i don't recommend any person to use it
