Poor customer service and bad attitude toward customers

Do not buy any products from Macro Crown mines and Verimark, as they will not exchange or refund you when you are not happy with the product. Their managers are rude and not helpful. This is called *****ing from customers, as i am stuck with a product that does not work and they refuse to give me my money back.
