Poor customer service

I ordered a headboard on the 30th of August, it's not delivered yet, no update on the app and I've been calling them but there's no feedback. They're customer service is so horrible, I dont recommend anyone to buy anything from them, I've learned a hard lesson. I will never ever in my life buy something from them.
