Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I ordered goods in November last year, the delivery delayed for long and I ended up cancelling the order around the first week of December. Until today I have to keep following up on my refund and I am always told that they are escalating the matter. It has been 2 whole months and still all they have for me is stories. So disappointing especially since i used to speak so highly of them.
