Poor customer service

I am very disappointed with the kind of service getting from Makro. I have been complaining since Tuesday 25/02/2025 ***. I bought Hisense 223L fridge online the 20/02/2025.

Got delivered on Friday 21/02/2025. Fridge is not working, my groceries is getting off, no respond from Makro for updates.

I want the new fridge or give my money back
