Poor customer service

I will never purchase another item from makro again purchased the LG MR11 hifi system on the 5/5/2024 the item went for its 1st repair on the 16/11/2024 not even a year the item is faulty with the same issue again with the amp going on protection mode I took the unit to makro cornubia durban on the 29/07/2025 the service was pathetic I got assisted by nbhengu from makro he was so reluctant on listening and understanding his attitude when I asked him to put a note for lg he refused to do so saying he already spoke to lg there customer service is poor and pathetic i will never deal with makro again as there customer service is terrible
