Poor customer service

Help yourself do not shop from makro online, some parcels from my oder were missing. Some were broken. I returned a broken portable wadrobe a month ago I am still waiting for a refund. They don't get back to you, you as a customer you keep on contacting them. Their service is very poor. I am so disappointed never again.
