Poor customer service

I was given contact number of the head office and I have been calling *** but Noone is picking up the call. I am tired and is costing airtime also cause I have to call everyday to check how far are they with the refund. I am asking for my money back so I that I can walk in a bed store buy the bed and go on with my life.It's cold at night for crying out loud and Im without a bed
