Poor customer service

Bought a fridge from Makro Durban. I phoned customer care last week Tuesday and complained. They lodged a call with SAMSUNG .Phoned Makro this morning and complained that water was leaking the entire night onto my new laminated floor and new kitchen cupboard. I requested urgent intervention from Makro,the consultant told me she will escalate to her Manager as I informed her that my new cupboards and laminated floors will get damaged. She informed me that she will escalate as URGENT and I also requested that her Manager calls me urgently so that we can avoid further damages. Somehow her Manager is not interested in returning my call. The Manager probably assumes that Makro is doing me a favor by selling these appliances to me. MAKRO`s customer service is absolutely pathetic and appalling will not buy from Makro again.
