Poor customer service

Thanks to Hellopeter because after writing my review about Makro that's when they started acting upon my matter which I've been complaining about since 18th October and they responded on the 6th Nov to collect the item they delivered to me damaged I've asked for a refund and I've been waiting no update nothing and it's Wednesday yet again and I'm still waiting for my refund.
