Poor Customer Service

I made an online order for pantry items ( #MAK***) on 28 November 2024. I called the customer care line to cancel the order on 6 December due to extended delays in delivery of my order. To this date, I have been calling customer care line to ask about my refund, but I am getting no help. I am told that the order came from Makro Strubens Valley and the store is not responding to communications from customer care consultants. I am having bad experience with Makro at this point, and customer care is unhelpful. My only option is to escalate this matter to my legal representative and the goods and services ombud.
