Poor Customer Service

My parents purchased a HiSense washing machine a few months ago from the above store. Upon arrival, a few days later, we put it on. It came with an error after a few hours of searching for what that could mean in the booklet, it seems that error code was specific to the door not being closed properly. It was number one under errors, that should have been our first warning. Each day we had rhe same issue and this is just after we received it. I advised my parents to return it, they have a 14 day return policy. They went into the store, Makro advised them that it doesn't work that way, they have to send technicians out first, check what the issue is, send it to the supplier etc. What a load of ****, everyone has a 14 day policy and I don't like that they took adv of elderly ppl. So I was going to go in but ny parents insisted the technician will be coming out and other than that error the machine was fine. So I waited, we waited, it never happened. Till today the error appears nearly 99% of the time that we put it on, we have to hold the door down, we now have made it into an excercise. Honestly it's frustrating to never be able to use the product in the manner it shud be without any issues. Makro has let us down , I didn't expect such poor customer service from them.
