Poor customer service

This review is about order number MAK***. What could be so difficult with rescheduling a delivery? What irks us as a family is the fact that we can't move because we do not know when you will decide to deliver. We have other things to do than to wait for you to decide whether you want to assist us or not. I called your call center and I was told that the matter is escalated. I sent an email, I haven't received any communication. I am requesting a refund and we will go get that washing machine elsewhere. I don't understand why you don't cut ties with that courier company because they continually take their precious time when it comes to delivering our orders.
