Poor customer service

On behalf of our company we would like to complain about makro germiston, we sent a quote on Friday for stock that needed to to the mine this morning, a lady called millicent request our card number that was sent to her on Monday, till this day no quotation no communication no nothing... Ever since Nompumelelo Twala left everything is late, poor customer service
