Poor Customer Service

Very poor customer service from Makro. I bought an ink cartridge for my printer that was clearly faulty and resulted in a massive streak when I used it. I attempted to exchange the product but was told my request couldn't be fulfilled because they could not verify that I had not tampered with the cartridge. I've been using this printer for 3 years without an issue and most certainly did not tamper with the cartridge. Really useless customer service with no effort to help at all.
