Poor customer service 31

I made an online order and waited for 5 days for delivery and it never came. I called the customer service department and they told me that they were not aware that I did not receive my order and that it was my responsibility to notify them that I did not receive my order. They went on to say that If cancel my order it will take me 14days to receive my money. They even told me that they are not having the details of the company that they are buying my bed from.
