Poor Customer Service

I called in several times at Makro Crown Mines regarding items on my online order that they cancelled. I had to reorder same time again and collect them but they said no stock. Makro cancel orders without confirming .. The second order i used a coupon but they advised that they will re-send me a new one and nothing from them still. I'm very very disappointed at their customer service
