Poor customer service

I am very disappointed with Major Pietermaritzburg. I bought a washing dryer 2weeks ago and they were supposed to deliver it within 3days of purchase. This dryer is for a laundry business I am starting. I have missed my opening date because of this. I have lost a lot of business and this makes me very angry. Now they keep giving me empty promises. I have never experienced such terrible service.
