Poor customer service

We went for a cell phone upgrade at Makro Wonderboom in Pretoria. It took the staff more than an hour to handle 2 customers in front of us. Then there are only one staff members, then three, then nobody. There is not enough staff and they have to walk quite a distance to make copies. After we have been helped we needed to pay an amount. This took more than 30 minutes as they were now assisting clients with groceries at the electronic counters. It is very clear that the current business processes are either not working or not adhered to.
