Poor customer service

Good morning

To whom it may concern i am very disappointed with the service and response I have received from the Amanzimtoti makro. The Bergmaster(White) paint I have purchased on the 2nd of February 2025. Upon opening the paint I saw that there was some black looking texture on the lid and the paint was very weak in texture. I mix the paint a bit thinking it may get a little thicker but to me surprise it did not. So then I added a bit of tint thinking it would get a bit thick as I keep on mixing. But to my disappointment when I tried to put the paint on to my wall and ceiling the paint was not holding up at all and just d*********** the wall.

I have used this brand off paint before with the exact same tint previously in my house and I haven't had any issues with it before. So to make surprise when I took the paint to the returns department in Amanzimtoti and I explained my situation to them all the guy told me was that he can't take the paint back due to me mixing it with tint. So this was not called for as he didn't even have the decency to even ask to see what tint we have used or also take the tint and the paint back and check to see which was the the problem all we got told was we can't take the paint and that we as customer must take something back that we are unable to use in our house as we planned to and therefore I have just left the poor quality paint in the store as it is off no use to me.

So please can we have urgently have some feedback on this. Please contact on *** or ***.
