Poor Customer service
I placed an order on 31 March 2023 and did payment on that same day. Up to this day I haven't received my order. I have made calls and send emails but they refuse to assist me.

You guys keep on apologizing while you do not work on the issue. Every time I contact you , I get the same answer. Clearly no one is working on fixing your error.
