Poor customer service

Over a month with no refund or feedback. I ordered a hob and oven close to a month ago. The delivery failed to come on agreed date I had to cancel it due to not being at home. I received a refund for the hob but not for the oven. Tried contacting makro with no luck. Absolutely disgusting service. No feedback. No answers
