Poor customer service

No feedback on and item that was ordered 26/11/2021 4 emails and 2 phibecalls later and i still don't know when i will have my little boys christmas present. Poor service and no feedback. Will rather spend my money with another retailer and pay a bit more then to be made a fool of from them again.
