Poor Customer Service

The customer ‘care’ don’t care at all and simply provide generic answers when requesting assistance. When calling the telephone line, after explaining my entire story I was asked if I required assistance- do your operators think I’m calling in just to chat? I expressed yes of course I require assistance, that’s why I’ve called and was then asked to cooperate???? Absolutely appalling customer service and I will definitely not be purchasing from Makro going forward.

I placed an online order with a ETA of 3-7 days, which expires tomorrow- I was well within my right to request additional information as the order has not been packed or handed over to the courier yet meaning the delivery will not be made within the specified delivery period
