Poor customer service.

On 27/10/2023 I ordered a Terrace Leisure Cantilever umbrella and base. The base was priced at R599. The items were promptly delivered ahead of the scheduled time which was pleasing. The audacity of the matter however was that the base came in a box which was clearly marked down to R399. A picture of the box was sent to *** asking them to refund the difference. They did respond by saying that they receive a high volume of correspondence and I must expect a delay. There was no delay in taking my money, so why should I be patient while they are taking their time to process my refund and probably earn interest on my funds?
