Poor customer service

I am writing this with a heavy heart knowing that this review will not matter to this company. I placed an order online on the 15th of November and the estimated delivery date was the 14th of December. Today it's 19th no delivery. I have tried to contact the contact centre no assistance, no communication nothing. Emailed them on the 15th of December they did not bother to communicate till now. Very disappointed in them. Poor pathetic customer service. I would rate them 2/10 for this one
