Poor customer experience

I received a wrong item ordered online I logged a return same day on the 23rd December … today it’s the 08 Jan I still have the wrong item in my house Makro hasn’t collected the wrong item I’ve been contacting them numerous times their call centre is not helpful at all and no one has called or emailed me back. Worst experience of my online shopping life!
