Poor customer care - Makro Fourways Riverside

I bought a Wall shaving machine. 3 months later, it had issues (not charging). When I tried to return or exchange it, they said their policy stipulates that it had to be sent to the supplier. The supplier could not fix it, they returned it unrepaired. I sent it back with the same complaint. I returned it for the next 6 times, back and forth kind of scenario. Six months later, I bought a Bluetooth speaker. It couldn't play at my place, I asked Makro if I could exchange it for a different radio and pay the difference, but they refused, quoting the company policy, which favors only them!
