Poor customer care.
Bought items from makro online. Needed to return 2 of them. Tried to log the return on their website (same website I used to purchase). Got an error message to call the customer care. Worst experience of my life. Been calling since Friday the 19th of May trying to log the return. The matter has been escalated 100 times with no outcome. Called them everyday from Friday till today the 23rd May. Spent 145mins in total on call with them arranging for the items to be collected. Still no way forward. No respond. No waybill. No courier to collect. No refund. Spoke to Palesa Mahumo, Ayanda Radebe, Simphiwe Mbambo, Samuel Nkosi; all which wasted my airtime and did nothing to assist.

23 May 2024, 13:32Makro online needs to learn a thing or two from other online providers (I.e takealot.com and Superbalist). Their return is so easy and efficient. With makro you waste airtime calling to log the return and they always escalating the matters and no results. I haven't recieved any positive outcome and I'm left with items I need refund for due to false advertising.
