Poor customer care by the big company what a sheim

Makro is refusing to refund for the item and purchased on the 15th of January and returned it , today is the 15th to February,Makro hasn't processed a refund. I am running out of patience because I bought an item I wanted to use so if the item is with them and failing to refund what do they expect me to use.
