Poor communication/ Est date of delivery is false

I bought a fridge and washing machine on the 30th of May, the order was split and the fridge was received on the 7th. I followed up regarding the washing machine and was told that the machine was packed at Makro Vaal and will I will get a call. I received an invoice from Vaal Makro on the 9th after following up and was told that the courier company will call me on the 11th or 13th. It's the 16th today and I just called Makro again, I have been told my machine is coming from Makro Crown Mine...there hasn't been any communication between me and Makro besides me doing all the calling to follow up. You should realize that your customers are understanding people if you make means of communicating. Please let me know when the machine will be delivered...
