Poor Communication!!!!!

I bought a 43inch TV 'Hisense' on the 21st February, and it played ONLY for 3Weeks after that it stopped displaying "HISENSE Powere By VIDAA". I immediately returned it that day instore, it was taken ever since...NO COMMUNICATION, I called on the 31st March 2025 and was told that I will get a Refund but they first need an approval on their side before I get my refund, still NO COMMUNICATION...I called more than 10times now (Friday 04April" still they don't pickup the phone at least to update me on what is happening. 1Month now without my TV of which I have fully paid for.
