Poor communication and very late delivery time

I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent shopping experience at Makro (Order number: MAK906****).

My grocery order, scheduled for delivery on the 30th, never arrived. Furthermore, my other two orders were fulfilled incorrectly - I received school bags instead of lunch bags.

When I tried to contact your call center to resolve these issues, I was met with unprofessional treatment, including being hung up on and transferred multiple times.

What makes this situation even more distressing is that I'm currently hospitalized and my family, who relies on me for groceries, is struggling without the essential items. As someone who usually shops in-person, my hospitalization has left my family, including my children and mother, without the necessary support.

I hope you'll look into this matter urgently and provide a suitable resolution.
