Poor communication and service

I placed an order on 29th of December 2025 with an ETA of 8th of January 2026. The order was not delivered and upon contacting the call centre, I was advised that no courier had even been assigned. I had to repeatedly contact Makro and was given no clear updates or accountability. I lodged a formal complaint a week ago and have received no response. I was told the order would be cancelled but received no written confirmation and despite multiple requests, no manager has contacted me. Extremely poor communication and service.
