Poor communication

I ordered some things on the 13th of December, well needles to say there are still some things that I have not received from them and it is 2 weeks later. I tried phoning, email and I even did the whatsapp chatbot but it seems that client service is just not that important to them. I don’t mind the wait but what I do mind is the very poor communication from their side. When they actually do answer my email they just foward the same one and when I do get through to the call centre they say they will get back to me but they never do - it has been a week of me trying to find out what is going on.
