Poor, bordering in ******* trading practice by Makro

I purchased a washing machine on line. Makro takes the money, knowing FULL WELL they do not have stock. So when the delivery time arrives, you phone, and get a string of excuses as to why the product is not to be delivered. On top of this, the staff ( Alberton) refuse to put you through to a manager on the phone.
