POOR BAD SERVICE

Have not received my order 4 days later, no communication nor update from makro. When you call, they tell you they will escalate and still nothing happens. One of my items on the order was cancelled with no explanation or even a call, NOTHING !!! DO NOT USE MAKRO ONLINE, they have a bad customer service !
