This item was faulty It did not have the phone holder (360 swivel), and I am failing to understand how a big and well known store like Makro could do such an unprofessional job. On top of that this product has scratches, one could see that It was one of the display product (Tripod). This poor service will make people to never trust online purchase, particularly Makro online products
