Poor and very bad delivery en customer service

I bought an 12btu aircon by Makro on 18 November 2018 and it is now 29 November 2018 and I still havent got it and delivery time was 3 to 5 working days they they changed it to 7 to 10 working days and i have called them but they cant give me any answers about my order
